A Bigger Greater Bang

They say that everything in life has a purpose, has this meaning. A lot of times that's true. But there are still things that happen round the world, and you wonder what exactly is this bigger purpose. Like starving kids in Africa, or tsusamis that kill thousands of people. What kinda greater purpose do these types of things have? And I guess sometimes as far as every little everyday thing having one, well it's sometimes a little hard to believe that every single event has some big impact our lives. Like for example, what did cosmic effect did me getting up and doing my usual morning routine have? What shirt I wore, brushing my teeth, taking a piss did any of that serve a greater purpose? Maybe there's something there that I don't know about, but I don't know, for some reason the whole thing makes me just scratch my head. Don't get me wrong I believe there's lots of things in a person's life that does serve a bigger greater meaning, but I'm just not sure about every event.
