Just Keep Trying
It's so beautiful outside today. There's hardly a cloud in the sky and the sky is the nicest shade of blue I've ever see. You can see the sparkling ocean for miles all the way down to the spot along the horizon where it meets the sky. I love watching the waves as they hit the shore. They make some of the most beautiful noises I've ever heard. Sometimes it sounds as if the ocean is trying to say something. Like it wants to get a point across but doesn't quite know how to express it. You know like there's something that it wants the whole world to know, but just can't because something is holding it back. Perhaps it doesn't quite know the words, or how to say those words. Or perhaps something is preventing from saying them. It doesn't really matter, but there's this obstacle there preventing from being able to fully express itself. So it's stuck there just rolling back and forth until somebody is able to decode it's disguised messages. The problem is that the sand, who the water wants to understand the message just doesn't seem to understand. No the sand doesn't do intentionally, for some reason the sand doesn't understand the depth of the ocean's emotions. And the water has tried all sorts of methods to get the sand to understand. High tide, low tide, gifts of shells and rocks, even pearls, sending it pets, and other visitors. It's even had others send it messages in a bottle, but even they haven't helped. But the ocean will never give up until the sand finally picks up on its decoded messages. And accepts that the two of them are as one forever. Imagine a beach without both water and sand. Granted they are both wonderful on their own but together they are unbelievably spectacular.
