Billy Goat Gruff

I've always wondered when I heard Billy Joel's song about Billy the kid how much truth there was to the line about him being from Oyster Bay. And today after listening to the song I realized there's not much that I know about him. So I decided to look it up on Wikipedia. I won't write all the details, after all if you really were that curious you could read it. Wow he killed 21 people, one for each year of his life. Wow he was born down on Allen Street in the Lower East Side. So he's not really from Oyster Bay, it doesn't say anything about him actually living there in the article. Alright the article starts going over his arrest records and particulars on crimes, I think I skip through reading that part. Oh it says that of the 21 rumored shootings only 9 are confirmed, and 4 of them were in self-defense. That's pretty much it, I skimmed most of the article. But it's pretty cool to know that he's really from New York.
